Orders & Products
Yes, absolutely. Every single piece is printed after you place your order. We don't keep a warehouse of pre-made finished products. This lets us offer a full spectrum of colours without the limitations of mass-produced inventory.
Yes! We offer a wide range of colours including Purple, Blue, Green, Amber, Pink, Yellow, Peach, and Red. On each product page, you can select your preferred colour before adding to cart. If you'd like a colour that isn't listed, reach out to us via the contact page and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We're open to custom orders! If you'd like a specific size, a personalisation (like your name embossed), or an entirely bespoke piece, get in touch with us through the contact page. We'll discuss feasibility, timeline, and pricing with you directly. Custom orders typically take a little longer than our standard pieces.
Product pages use images of each design in product and styled views to show the colour, proportions and intended use. 3D-printed objects have a characteristic layer texture on the surface, which is part of their charm. The matte finish means the colours look soft and pastel. Screens can vary in colour calibration, so there may be slight differences in shade.
Shipping & Delivery
Since every piece is made fresh for you, we dispatch within 2 to 4 business days of your order, and it typically arrives in 7 to 9 days. You'll receive a tracking link once it ships.
Yes! We ship to all pin codes across India. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or northeastern locations. We currently don't ship internationally, but stay tuned, we're working on it.
Yes, delivery is free on all orders within India. A ₹99 convenience fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders, and is shown before you confirm your order.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website and track your order from your order history.
Returns & Quality
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect every piece before shipping. However, if something arrives damaged during transit, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thatoddpiece@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 89516 59191. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, no questions asked.
Yes, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, and our delivery partner will pick the parcel up from your doorstep. See our Return Policy for full details on eligibility and how it works.
Yes. Our internal standard is simple: if we wouldn't keep it on our own desk, we don't ship it. Every product goes through a hands-on quality check before packaging. If it doesn't pass, it gets reprinted. This does mean your order might occasionally take a little longer than expected, but it's always worth it.
Materials & Sustainability
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-derived material that comes in our full colour range. Some designs may use PETG when extra strength or heat resistance is needed. Check the individual product page for the material and care guidance relevant to that piece.
Our sustainability approach focuses on material choice and made-to-order production. We primarily use PLA, a plant-derived material, and print finished products after they are ordered instead of keeping warehouse inventory. Our packaging currently combines paper-based materials with bubble wrap and standard packing tape where needed, so some plastic is used.
Our products are not designed for food storage or direct food contact. For water use, check the individual product page because guidance differs by design. Always keep products away from sustained high heat because PLA can deform above 60°C.
